Missions

Under the responsibility of the Quality and Customer Relations Director of Enaex Europe, you play a strategic role in identifying innovation and growth opportunities for the company. As a true interface between the market and the organization, you monitor customer needs and industry trends to guide our product strategy. You actively contribute to the innovation process, from the preparation phase to execution phase, and oversee product communication in collaboration with ENAEX group's communication department.

  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Market knowledge and strategic monitoring:

§  Ensure strategic and competitive monitoring within the organization

§  Prepare concise presentations with the results of market research

§  Conduct benchmarks and summarize in concise reports

§  Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to determine our position, threats and opportunities

§  Maintain an advanced knowledge of mining industry trends

§  Identify and recommand strategies ensuring our growth and our production plans

 

Innovation process:

§  Organize and coordinate the collection of data necessary to the innovation preparatory phase

§  Ensure that the value proposition is sufficiently robust and well measured throughout the development process

§  Contribute, with the Customer Support department, to the value propositions’ validation with customers

§  Closely collaborate with production teams to understand the product from its factory design to its commercialization

 

Product communication:

§  Collaborate with key customers and internal stakeholders in the creation of marketing materials and tools

§  Communicate on the features and values of our products

§  Communicate the value proposition of our products on the market

§  Train the sales force on our products’ sales techniques

Profil

Holder of a Master’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent, you have at least eight years of experience in the mining industry. You possess a strong ability to develop a market vision and translate insights into concrete strategies.

Fluency in English is essential to communicate with our international subsidiaries and customers around the world. Ideally you have knowledges in French.  

You demonstrate excellent communication, adaptability and teamwork skills. Your initiative spirit and ability to define and manage strategic processes make you the ideal candidate for this position.
